Our Mission
Historically, women’s health has been approached in a fragmented, disjointed way, with women often lacking the wherewithal to fully advocate for their well-being. This has left many feeling disempowered, with little control over their health journey. At Obie, we want to challenge this approach. We believe that each phase of life —whether menstruation, pregnancy, or menopause—is a natural part of a single intricate, interconnected continuum. Moreover, while this journey is a part of every woman’s life, we recognize that each woman’s specific experience is unique.
Obie’s mission is to provide a health solution that addresses multiple life stages and diverse needs of women, empowering them to help themselves through independent learning, self-management, and personalized guidance, underpinned by clinical expertise. Through accessible, easy-to-use tools, we help women make well-informed choices and advocate for themselves, fostering physical, mental and emotional well-being. Obie looks forward to partnering with women to create a future where women have the confidence and resources to take control of their health, thrive at every life stage, and unlock their full potential.
Advisory Board
To pursue this mission responsibly, Obie is guided by trusted clinical advisors who share our vision for a more connected women’s health ecosystem. They help us imagine how digital tools can strengthen women’s relationships with their care teams, making care more meaningful and productive. By grounding our approach in real-world clinical practice, we aim to give women the language, context, and confidence to advocate for themselves and play an active role in their care over time. This partnership reflects our belief that only when women, providers, and technology are truly aligned can women take charge of their own health journeys.
